 Galindoi Truffles

Well, the mystery is solved for me. Harvested my first tiny batch of Galindoi truffles from a 1/2 pint BRF bag. About 4-5g fresh. I wasn't too pressed about getting big truffles, I just want to try and fruit. I was curious about the flavor and texture of the stones. They are crispy-crunchy and the flavor is identical to fresh Cubensis...with the volume turned up.  Very not-good. Maybe fried up in some butter. But raw and fresh...disgrossting.
Anybody else like em?
It was a tiny dose, so I don't know how it'll affect me. Time will tell.

Well the first 5gs always taste the best lol.
Like the fried in butter idea, that could actually be pretty tasty.

I actually enjoy the taste of cubensis and most truffles. When people are like 'meh shrooms are so disgusting', I'm like 'what why, they taste like mushroom lol, kinda tasty'. I must be some kind of pervert.
Oh well. Thing with truffles is, the actives build up with time. Harvesting early will get you pretty low strength. Leave them for six months to mature, lol.

That's great to know! This is my first attempt and I have a few other small jars going that'll just stay there. Thank you for the tip!!!
(No effect yesterday with the small amount of stones. But today, I am a lot calmer and less panicky. 🤷🏻♂️ Maybe so...!)
