How is proposing hollywood to not make movies with guns not a form of censorship? It is literally the textbook definition.

you gotta make a bunch of movies about good guys with guns saving the day
so whenever something goes wrong in real life and there is no hero,
people can try to discredit the good guy with a gun narrative

I disagree.

I agree with guns, so my conscience wouldn't bother me.

Unlike me, Hollywood opposes guns when blatant science is calling them out.

I am just pointing out the hypocrisy.


Otherwise, they would make movies about good guys in the gun free society -- which would be the cops that leftists so often hate.

No cops? I guess people will beat the badguy with scissors. That would be relatable to the unarmed public.

There are movies about good guys that don't use guns
superhero movies and sci-fi films
but that is the 'point' of also making low-fantasy action heroes with guns
it makes the image of a good guy with a gun seem as fantastical and unrealistic as a superhero

Most Movies that involve a lot of shooting doesn't end well.  Of course there is john wayne movies and clint eastwood.

But who are these hollywood people crying about guns?  Actors?  Which actors? 

Obviously xul knows nothing sbout art or freedom speech.

The right to bare arms should,not be infringed upom.  Well they didn't have ICBM's with multiple re-entry warheads of megton level when they made that amendment.  Not did they have anything ithermthan very inacurate muskets.  Not even sure they had rifles.

Of.course the elites won’t stop making movies with gun violence because they make money. I don’t think anybody is seriously saying they should be censored. XUL, I understand your point, and perhaps there actually are some actors that turn down such roles.
