EXTREME paranoid every time I smoke no matter how little.

Whenever I smoke weed it's like an EXTREMELY bad acid trip. I never understood why. Whenever I smoke it feels like people are all out to kill me and I'm being judged so hardcore I'm scared to talk my mouth gets extremely dry and it's a terrifying experience. It alters my perception of reality WAY more than anyone else I know. I cant drive or think or do absolutely anything. IF I am drunk enough I can take just a couple hits and still be fine and a bit relaxed from it. Why do I get like this on just weed? How does it fuck my brain up so much. No it's not laced I grow my own (for friends) or get it from dispensaries. This has happened before I even took psychedelics. I would way rather have a bad trip on acid or shrooms than to smoke weed when I'm sober. Does anyone else feel this way?

extremely sensitive/low tolerance i would guess. as i get older i am becoming more sensitive to the effects of cannabis. 10 years ago it was blunts and bongs all day lol now i only smoke a hit or two in the late evening.

Try either 4 grams of dried Lemon Balm leaf tea and then smoke, or start taking about 10 drops or so of Lemon EO a day, at night before bed. Lemon EO really really helps and lasts the whole next day without needing to redose until later the next night. It removes the anxiety and paranoia, clears up the headspace, counteracts the memory disturbances. Lemon Balm also is GABAergic so it can help relieve the anxiety and paranoia too, but Lemon EO imo is best, and it contains the same terpenes found in Cannabis, like Limonene and Alpha-Pinenes. Taking 10 drops of Lemon EO a day, for 1 to a few weeks for things to get good in your system and stabilize, will definitely take care of your issue, i'm pretty certain, it's worked wonderfully for me, and i've been taking Lemon EO pretty much daily for the past like 3 years i think.

Cannabis isn't for everyone. Nearly 30 years being around it and some people find it too much for them.

It's certainly not for children.:rolleyes:

You might be overly sensitive to it. Could be other reasons but I'm not a doctor.

Smoke less is about all I can suggest. Maybe your set(environment) is causing these thoughts. Pressure to act and be a certain way with a group of people.

I used to enjoy weed until psychedelics and now I have a similar problem
