I have family gathering with girlfriends family tonight and thought about maybe taking 1/2 or 1/4 roll. I don’t want to get high 100%. Is mdma ok on low amounts

I was taking small bumps of it throughout the wedding reception. Very small bumps. like 3-5 mg.

“Microdosing” mdma seems pointless to me, but that’s just my opinion.  It’s not like mushrooms or L; if I was gonna take e, I’d want to fully roll.
