To support the wishes of the moderators, I'll see if this can be roped back in to being on topic.

Alex, when we left off, you said that you answer any questions that [you feel] deserves an answer. To help you in doing this, I'll list the ones that I have here so you can answer them without having to look at numerous posts in the past.

a) Do you think that people who voluntarily take on risk factors that are associated with the particular insurance in question should have to pay higher rates?

b) Do you think that people who own automobiles that fail government safety checks should pay more for their car insurance?

c) If you don't feel either of these quandries are worth a reply, why not?
