Some little kid gets bombed on the way to school with all her classmates in their school bus in Yemen.
That kind of shit is unimaginable to us in the west but it happens and people adapt and survive as best they can.
What your stressing about now I almost guarantee won't seem anywhere near as important 2 years down the line.

I've suffered from depression forever so I relate to the feelings, these type of thoughts, good excersise and socialising (healthily - no drugs) with good people and keeping yourself busy and tiring yourself out are the best cure for this mindstate.

I would stay a million miles away from antidepressant medication if I were you the doctors don't understand how it works and there's a gigantic body of evidence of the negative "side-effects" such as suicidal thoughts and other lovely things like infertility, increased appetite and reduced libido. I was on them for a while an that whole period of 2 years of my life feels like a weird benzo blackout.
Also worth noting is that many of the kids who murder their peers at school more often than not are on.... SSRIs
Fuck that jazz.

You will have last thoughts most likely.  I can’t imagine it’s a good thing to have in your mind at the time of your send off.  I would think you’d want you last thoughts to have a fullness and complete finished vibe to them.  Look without a doubt, if you could tell yourself from 10 years ago what you know now without a doubt you could save some trouble... so all I’m doing is trying to sense what I would say after dieing.  It’s all speculation and guessing but at this time I’m pretty sure what rest well with me and what doesn’t..

I don’t think death is going to be this clean disappearing act that is so inconsequential that it doesn’t demand any thought towards it.  Imagining it’s a harmless event is a good way to find your self not in a good way.

again, dead people don't have regrets.  DYING people may have regrets.

also, my anecdotal experiences have led me to believe that the actual "experience" of dying is the same process as vaping ~50mg of clean and pure N,N-DMT.  so you may be right in some regard, but to consider it "thought" in the human sense, i don't agree with at all.
