Start with the basics. Take an intro to biology, psych 101, chemistry 101.
Many of the courses are likely to have a laboratory portion where you'll actually be performing small experiments. As you move through the coursework you may find particular sections more (or less) interesting than others. Discuss with your professors ways to get deeper into the material you like. The 1:1 interactions with a professor are one of the big advantages to traditional college coursework (versus online free lectures etc.). Take advantage.
