 weird fungi (?)

Hi guys,
I'm not even sure if this is a fungi or not, but here is what i've found by our lawn growing on wood chips. Seems like instead of spores, it has seeds  inside the "pod" along with some clear slimy substance.
What do you think? What is it?

Looks like a Bird's Nest fungus, maybe Cyathus olla.
