Start low and stay safe :smile: things can get pretty intense, so its always wiser to stay on the safe side, respecting the Mushroom. Wishing you beautiful inner explorations

What ya do not know the 1st time:
1. small amount, heightened sensory perception especially visual & audio
2. slightly larger amounts, moves into more  muscular effects, some experience a natural Viagra type reaction
3. Above the 1 & 2 dosage, then the experience is starts to become 'visual'.  The stranger but reported common experience for me is 'yawning; sometimes I feel like my jaw is dislocated.
