4 brf cakes colonizing at different times - shoebox or sgfc?

Down to 4 brf cakes that don't have contaminants. One is almost 100%, one is 75%, and 2 are almost 50%.

I have all the materials for a coir shoebox tek, so ideally that is what I'd like to use, but since the jars are colonizing at different times, should I instead go with a sgfc and put the cakes in as they are ready? (I think it will take more than a week for the lagging jars to catch up, I have them at 68 F so it's been really slow)

I heard from RR that you can have a jar fully colonized for up to a month before it needs to go into the fridge. Does this apply as well for the the coir/shoebox method? Can they sit for that long? Because with that tek you don't want to consolidate the jars, correct?

I just got the materials needed to do agar, so I'm looking for the most successful method to get a clone to use.
