so I have this tub of azurescens mycelium spawning...

though it's slow going, the azurescens mycelium I've been playing with seems like it is starting to take hold in the tub of alder chip/sawdust.  I live on the edge of azurescens turf, so I'm trying to use the PNW environment as best I can.  I keep the tub in the garage, dark, very moist and a bit chilly.  assuming this is actually good mycelium growth (input???), my hope is to try and fruit in the garage, moving outside for the requisite hours of light period each day.  Any chance it will fruit this way?  Should I cover it with more chips/shavings?  I realize how hard it is to grow these little guys, but I had to try (bought the spores before I realized how difficult it was--decided to give it a go).
