I bought an $80 bottle of champagne this month. I don't think I spend more than $50 a month on drugs or alcohol usually.


OP, werk more, do less drugs. Or werk at making drugs and do all the profits :bubbles:

I’ll be saving 1k a month plus half my overtime. So like 1300 saved. Is that not a good number?

It's a good number, and frankly more than most people put away. The money you spend on drugs is money you can't invest. That translates to working longer before you can retire.

Life is, in my opinion, best lived with a balance of short term and long term priorities. Seems like you are striking a reasonable balance, however no one can decide that for you.
