Just curious if these look fully colonized.

First time doing bulk.
Little Yellowish/clear spots started to appear over the mycelium. They appear to be metabolites based on me researching the forums.. Possibly from over colonization or bacteria. I doubt it’s bacteria considering I’m just now seeing them.
It’s been a month and a half. Slow growth from it being 68 inside at all times. Winter and all.

Rye berries
Multispore
Planning on cvg substrate to a 60qt sterilite tub.
Not sure how many quarts of spawn I would need. I do know it’s roughly 2:1

It's bacterial, you can see the wetspot grains pressed against the glass towards the bottom. Grains would never take that long to colonise otherwise

Don't use them for G2G to expand to other jars. If you use them spawn each to a shoebox. For a mono of that size it's around 1/2 1/2.5 ratio, and you'd need around 6-7 quarts of spawn usually
