Does this panellus stipticus mycelium look weak?

I have only grown it once before, a few years back. I remember it being much stronger looking and the jar being almost solid white and unable to see the grains. I figured I try growing it again this year as a gift but want to make sure its healthy before I give it out. I wish I had saved pictures from back then. I plan for people to keep it on oats and just watch the mycelium glow
