Marijuana and LSD flashbacks

Hi,

I recently switched from using flower to some pretty (or extremely) potent concentrates.  I know its pot because it comes from a licensed grower and I get it in a dispensary.

I've been noticing over the past few months that tv sets, computer screens, phones etc are getting that weird glow they have when coming up and coming down from an acid trip.  While draining the lizard today I noticed the walls in the bathroom breathing - pretty hardcore acid flashback.  I haven't taken any psychedelic drugs in a few weeks at least.

Does anyone else experience this?  Do any of you actually have acid flashbacks?  Sometimes I feel like I am the only one.  There was some question a few years ago about whether or not they were real.  But pot totally intensifies my flashbacks.  I guess I just got used to them, but when I am really high, its really distracting.  Like I kinda almost feel myself getting into that early acid headspace when you're just starting to come up.  Its so weird.  I mean its not a TERRIBLE problem to have.  The sky does look prettier when I am having flashbacks.  I feel like I can see the sunrays.  I don't know.  But sometimes I wish I could just get high without this happening.

I guess I knew what was getting myself into when I first put LSD into my mouth.  No one can say I wasn't warned.  I'd still do it again, if I could go back.

Very possible. I have a close friend who gets mild visuals if he smokes too much weed. It's usually just the lighting looking off or seeing fractals. He doesn't worry too much about it.

I don't see why One would not want to have an experience like that...

Pot and Acid Flashbacks are all the standard over here in the UK.
Even a day or two after a good trip, pot can most likely cause a flashback.

Cannabis is a mild hallucinogen. It could be that the neuroplasty resulting from your acid trips have opened pathways in your brain that weren't getting fired before, then being amplified by the dank mj. Boom.

Plenty of people report that they get "acid flashbacks" when they smoke cannabis. It's not a flashback, cannabis just takes on a new form for some people after intense psychedelic experiences. Or HPPD, although it is pretty rare

I have always had mild CEVs even as a child.  Cannabis can increase those significantly (if my tolerance is down which it most assuredly is not right now).

But, after any trip (for me normally psilocybin and/or MDMA), cannabis can bring back more open eye distortions and body load similar to the trip, but not as intense.  This normally lasts for days to a week after a trip.

I've wondered if it has to do with memory formations.  After all the brain is just nueral connections.  Networks.

Never had a lsd flashback.  Had a shroom flashback induced by cannabis as ecstatic as the trip.  If not more so.

With mescaline I had mescaline like images closed eyes month and half later.  A lot of it is simply being in a hypnitic state.  These happen sober as well.  It takes a mind that dissconnects from the default mode network.

The only thing that has given me a true flashback is DMT. Only lasted maybe 10 seconds, but my vision was absolutely crawling and insane in that period.

After my most recent LSD trip, smoking cannabis changed for a while. It became far more intense. Taking me to very strange states of mind. At first, I began to question if I was tripping again. Then, I questioned if I ever came down from my initial LSD trip in the first place.

It speaks to me of my inner fear of being so out of my mind that I can no longer see what I am really doing.

Everything is surrounded by a feeling of "woah, weird." Once your brain figures out how to start seeing the weirdness of reality, it doesn't just stop. In fact, other things can send you back to very familiar places.

Look, if You don't get any flashbacking effects from LSD or cannabis.
I would reconsider what planet You are on...

Some days after microdosing LSD I feel like I am tripping.
Call it a flashback. I call it a tax rebate!
