Flowering Artichoke in Oregon
    #2567210 - 04/16/04 12:00 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

My artichoke is already flowering in Oregon. It flowered twice last year, I'm thinking it will flower three times this year.

The flower chutes have grown another foot taller since this pic.

It has been a very warm Winter.

In addition, nominal acreage is planted to artichokes in Oregon's Willamette Valley for late summer and fall harvest.
