There isn't as much ghetto as there used to be.  Maybe some hud projects in big cities.  Some areas hurt from the economic changes.  Lot's of african americans moved north in the 70s.  Around here most of the folks I see are well educated.  Saw one today who's a mail man.

Drug laws hit minorities esoecially hard.  Black markets are a refuge for those hurt by the establishment.  Always has, always will.
