Mushroom ID (North Queensland)

Habitat:
Found growing from mulch in high rainfall environment.  Pictures are included (apologies for poor quality, my phone camera has like 30 pixels.

Gills:
Dark brown, detached

Stem:
5cm, 2mm, pale yellow,

Cap:
1cm - 7cm, pale yellow-grey with dark yellow/brown "nipple", convex - flat

Spore print color:
Dark brown

NA

Some kind of Psathyrella would be my closest guess

Agrocybe pediades


@MushiNoob: Psathyrella usually have dark spore prints, Black, Dark Purple, sometimes Brown and have quite brittle stems that snap easily. The stems look fractured once snapped and it's one easy way to help identify them. The caps are also Hygrophaneous.
