Yeah if you really sit down and watch the videos of the two ex leaders talking about it it's very creepy.

Some friends are like they are prolly just exaggerating, but I do not think they are and I believe them

But on a serious note, I've felt like I was being gang stalked at a festival once too. Funnily enough, it was a regional burn. Also, I got dosed with something, I wasn't planning to trip. Anyways, I kept feeling like everyone was out to get me and I was the reason for everyone having a bad time, and everyone was watching me.

Very bad and terrible experience, only happened once though. I found out later some asshole dosed dozens of people somehow, and it's hard to trace with all the food and drinks going around.

Needless to say I'm much more careful

There's still the old antiquated notion going around that "if everyone tripped acid the world would be a better place, maaaaaan". In reality its about assaulting people by dosing them with drugs non-consentually. Tripping unknown substances in an event where I planned to be sober sounds horrible. Yeah, gotta be more careful.

In reality though I don't think all instances of this can be discounted as drug induced paranoia when we have known groups like the 12 tribes preying upon spun out kids at concerts and festivals. They've been around for decades. It just makes me wonder what a group could "accomplish" if they weren't an open in your face cult but instead just dressed and generally acted like other hippies/psychedelic people. We know the CIA experimented with acid and other drugs in an effort to mind control people. We know a lot of the early psychedelic culture was heavily influenced by people involved in the CIA. Are we to assume they all simply gave up and just became hippies with no guiding principle or motive? I know that sounds paranoid and is but come on. Even if the gangstalking part isn't "real" there is other fucked up shit that happens at festivals. People have been murdered, overdosed, dose raped, regular raped, etc at festivals. Why is it so hard to believe that some people may have been stalked or followed by a group over 3 days in order to either gather info or make them crack up mentally? Or for some other purpose? Seems to me it is a possibility and not worth discounting so strongly.

There’s a pretty solid coincidence of there being many musical artists like Jim Morrison and people in the Mama’s and the Papa’s, all those Laurel Canyon folk at that time having high ranked parents or other connections like that to military etc.

Were they “planted” or was their indirect experience in military etc what drove them in such an extreme opposite direction?  Don’t know, probably a little of both.

Most those counter culture figures like Jim Morrison, etc were in their 20s-30s in the late 1960s-early 70s.

So, many of them were born during or right after WW2. Draft also used to be mandatory for able bodied men.

I would imagine a very, very high percentage of people born between 1940-1950 had parents in the military, rockstars and non-rockstars alike.

Not saying it is impossible that they were planted as part of some military mind control experiment or whatever, but I think there are more likely explanations.
