Very cool plate. If I were you, I'd take transfers from both the ryzo on the left and the tom on the right and see which performs best on grains and fruiting wise before deciding on a fruit to pick for clone.

Depends on your environment and the temperature of the poured agar. I lid them immediately after pouring, leave them sitting in 10 stacks overnight, then wrap and store in a box for two weeks. For your first pour patience will pay off in getting rid of condensation.

You will be able to use some plates almost immediately while the rest take the two weeks to clear up.

Condensation is not a big deal, just pour on the right temperature and you could wrap them in just an hour or a few.

You can do both.  No reason to choose one or the other.

About a month ago, I had an FP+ clone plate that looked amazing... I was so excited to inoculate some jars that I accidentally dropped one on the plate (out of flow) when I was getting my work area ready :facepalm3:

I quickly grabbed some grafting tape and sealed the crack. Then I waited 2 weeks to see if any contams popped up.. the plate didn't look as beautiful anymore :frown:

I thought I took some transfers from it, but I guess I didnt.. I just went through my plates and found this
