Tissue culture and germination plate, both flesh and spore from this F2 Melmak×PEU fruit:
Not too pretty but I'm glad to see F3 germination at all.
Also from this lineage, a pin growing from a tissue culture made from another F2 plate pin:
And some other work. Two Melmak×TAT ghost, grown outdoors, F2 MS shaping up:
Interesting growth on this T2 clone plate made from a mutated TAT that resembled a Hershey kiss:

Has anybody here used aseptic manufacture dishes produced in clean rooms?

Unless you can pc them or find a way to sterilize them i would stear clear.
