That sample has some sweet white growth going on and the halo dips in right b4 3 o'clock. #3 actually appears the healthiest to me. The others appear to be puffing strait up. 3 looks like it has bacteria or some weird mold myc riding along, maayybeee. I wouldn’t use it since you have 2 other worthy samples.
I would transfer from the 9-10oclock position on 2, and if you have extra plates the 9 and 3 o’clock position on 1 just to see what’s up. And I’d do it quick so neither of them end up touching sample 3. I could Ben paranoid about it but it looks iffy to me.

See, I agree with this... #3 growth looks strong (again, the central section, ignoring the sections marked with stars). It looks thicker, in a good way. But I'm a noob. Thanks for your help.

I kind of agree. the first transfer does crazy things sometimes. subterranium myc, uneven growth. sometimes the myc won’t grow from one side, depending on how the transfer lands. . .

Message them, Amazon will probably send replacements. This is almost guaranteed to be true if it was fulfilled by Amazon and not sent directly by a third party seller.

it worked for us! ordered celltreat brand, seller was pipette, one sleeve had a hole in sterile bag and one sleeve had a cracked plate. sent a quick msg to seller about it, expecting the unsterile sleeve to be replaced, they contacted celltreat which sent two full sleeves to replace, very well packed and arrived in 3 days from msg to seller.

very pleased with that transaction and used the sleeve of unsterile plates to practice pouring.
