 Help needed with first grow, not sure how to proceed from here.

You should take some closer pics of those for us when they colonize.
I would not mist it, leave them be.
Colonize then fruit.

My bulks usually take about 6 days to look fully colonized, i wait around 10-12 days before i fruit thou, give em time to chill, then fruit them,at that point ill mist if the sub looks dry but if its moist on top i dont. Better picks would be good thou
