Good news for Aucklanders [Pic Added]

I went to check up on my usual spots today and to my surprise (I had only checked these spots 5 days beforehand) I found 10 Ps. Subaeruginosa mushrooms. These are literally the first days of the season in Auckland. They are all quite small, the biggest was 4cm's tall but i'm just glad they are there. I have a digi cam but no USB cable to hook it up to the computer, I am going to buy one today or tomorrow to submit pictures of them. They are growing on decaying wood chips and branches in a small, dense, heavily shaded bush in the middle of a golf course. It is still to dry for them to be growing in grass under pine trees which I find in other parts of the golf course. Good luck Aucklanders.

No problem about all the questions, I'm glad to help people, especially when it comes to finding magic mushrooms.
The temp is currently 16-20C during the day and 8-13C during the night the rain has been pretty minimal, don't know how many mm's sorry. About 10 days ago we had a 5-7 day long cold spell with showers every day and the temperature at night was always 8-10C and around 15C during the day. It is still quite dry around Auckland, the grass is that sickly yellow/light green colour.
It's not just wood chips, in fact there arn't that many, I'll get around to correcting my first post. It's a whole mixture of foliage, definitely rich in nutrients. The mushrooms are mainly growing of small tree branches or directly out of the ground (which barely resembles dirt).
I'm not sure what tree it is but the bush area resembles classic New Zealand bush, punga's and ferns etc.
I'll take pictures of the tree and the surrounding area tomorrow, I won't have enough time tonight because of work.

Good news for Hamiltonians aswell. I found enough Ps. Subs 4 days ago for a decent trip (about 15 good caps) then found 4 more the next day at a different spot, and it hasn't even been raining. Once the rain hits it should be all go! Its sunny as hell today . Sorry for no pics but the camera I usually use has gone to Aussie with its owner. All shrooms were found in bark mulch gardens.

Awesome Destruktikon!
I reckon we should get a thread going of pics from NZ for this season. I really want to see some more Ps. Sub. pics (I can't get enough of them )
Its so frustrating, I have been just too busy to go out hunting in the past week, but next week, we-e-llll I'll try and get some good pictures of Lower South Island shrooms so you North Islanders can see what you're missing out on.

I just remebered I had a scanner an hour ago so here are some scanned pics of a few subs I just picked. There all dry/eaten by bugs which is why I picked them, I usually wait to they have grown all they can before picking them, there are subs there alot bigger then these
