Image tagging idea for the cultivation forums

I'm aware we can leave comments on our pictures. My idea is for say the mods or TCs to be able to tag images for things like too wet too dry. mold vs bruising. different species. etc.. new growers have a hard time looking things up and though there's how it should and shouldn't look guides having a way to bring up PF cakes with signs of being too wet would be way easier if I could take a picture like *pf cakes *too wet. I guess I could start saving pictures as I see them and categorizing them myself but if the process could be integrated I think it would do better with input from the crowd

Rockin the dead here, but we could use this to train a machine learning algorithm if there isn't one out already for the purpose.

Great idea.

Adding that sounds complicated thou.

I imagine it as a a sort of padding around the top or bottom of the pic with little boxes filled with words like [Too wet] or [perfect] or [mold].

Maybe modify that [copied] info box action/graphic u get when u click on links in your Gallery and adapt it for Tagging photos :strokebeard:

Yeah I agree this is a great idea. We might need to change the way we handle embedded images in posts, and I can't promise I'll get to it right away, but I do think it's worth pursuing and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the suggestion and sorry I missed your original post.
