dripshield not needed. you're using the mmgg, right? a lot of the stuf in there has been improved on or made obsolete now:
humidifier with loadsa condender bottles easily replaced by some wet perlite and a daily waft or two with the lid. foggers, coolmists, various devices easily available if you like (but not necessarily needed) without soldering or messy condenser bottles. accurate hygrometers and timers. shroomery grow FAQ.

do a cake grow first - read all the posts you can with mentions of brf (brown rice flour) or pf tek. here's a useful link:

Cool thanks guys I am using a ten gal fish tank and a ultra sonic with the bottles. I am using glad wrap on the top is that ok? I shouldn't need perlite right, but I should still keep them off the bottom right?

condensation will pool on the bottom...keep it away from there... with an ultra sonic I would still recomend perlite as a saftey measure...

I am using a fish tank as well. I think it is around 7 gal. Just perlite on the bottom with a bubbler on the bottom buried in the perlite. RH is a constant 100%. No need for a humidifier. The bubbler keeps an air flow as well. This is my first grow using the PF tek and I am very amazed how this is working!

This is the fruiting stage.
The incubation stage doesn't need humidity. Just warm temps. Thus no need for perlite.
