Virgin, Quezon Cubensis and Polenca Cubensis

So, Last night i took the first plunge in to mushroom cultivation. The 6 jars are just straight organic rye grain, i rinsed the grains then let them soak for 10 hours, before i rinsed again, boiled for 10 minutes and then pressure cooked the jars. I realized i fucked up the holes, so i read some where that bandages would be ok as breathable tape? Anyways.. the 6 jars are the Quezon Cubensis ( i used a syringe ) . Now I have all these ingredients and I really wanted to start another batch, I have 2 wide mouth half pint jars and was wondering if i could do just a baby test batch?

I have 1 , 10ml syringe left. I do have access to all these supplies in surplus might i add. The powders in the picture are brown rice flour, agar and gypsum powder. Could anyone here guide me in a fool proof direction?
There are so many teks and 90 % of them i find are incomplete or i get lost in some of the terms. Im really excited about all this, and I currently grow many different plants and vegetables. I might add that space may be a concern in door ( i just dont really want to have them visible if possible )
