Yes I did see that one. I think he's right that Morgan Spurlock pulled some sneaky shit in his movie.

from what I remember reading in a skeptical criticism of supersize me. prior to making his documentary he was a regular running in good enough shape to compete in marathons, and consumed a remarkably lean vegan-ish diet (i say ish because I can't find any sources confirming 1005 that he was vegan prior to the movie, but he was vegan from that point onwards, and his girlfriend at the time was a gourmet vegan chef, so it seems likely that he was)

from the criticisms, it wasn't specifically WHAT he was eating, but the fact  that he stopped almost all exercise during his "experiment" and increased his daily calorie consumption from below average to well above the national average. it wasn't even how much weight he put on itself that was dangerous, but how rapidly it happened.

the entire process was horribly flawed and intentionally misleading.

I mean, if you take in less calories than you "burn," you'll lose weight. I'd be curious about the bloodwork though.

There's also a guy named Don Gorske who's eaten a Big Mac every day since they were introduced. Over 30,000 Big Macs. He says it makes up 90-95% of his solid food intake. I think he was featured in Supersize Me.

AFAIK the markers they measure like lipoprotein/triglyceride are largely just related to body composition. doesn't appear to matter how you lose fat, if you do you'll virtually always see reductions in CVD markers, especially triglycerides.

Eating one Bic Mac a day would take more than 83 years to hit 30.000

I dont eat mcdonalds because i believe they are tied in with some seriously shady perception control wizards, but in the past i used to like the big mac. It wasnt my favorite but it was good, people keep saying their angus burgers are good. I havent tried the chicken selects.

Really though, you all shlouldnt eat there. They fuck with their food to fuck with your mind.
