What is a good recipe for mushroom stew?

I am learning agar tonight by attempting to clone shiitake and lions mane, and then I am boiling a mushroom stew with the leftovers. This will be good practice for when I culture multispores from the psychoactive prints I ordered. Anyway, please share your recipe below. Here are the ingredients I have purchased, in case you have any recommendations:

~10oz shiitake
~4oz lions mane
bone beef stock
beef stew meat - 1 lb
russet potato
yellow onion
celery
carrots
tomatoes
tomato paste
a variety of oils and spices

Sounds really good mate. How did it turn out? Love me some stew with a dash of cayenne pepper.

It was pretty damn good. I added some mushroom soy sauce and light soy sauce.

You have a great start.

Now try and do something with rice...  Add a few dried mushrooms with reconstituted liquid and some bone broth.
