I gained hella weight over the past couple years.  So much beer, pasta and Ice cream.

I was probably at like 240 but I'm back around 210 now.  Still have another 20lbs or so I could lose.

Ive been eating myself sick all month trying to put on weight. I may have gained 2 lbs which is the most progress I've made all fucking year. How are fat people fat? Wtf is this secret?

Lift heavy things.  It’s the only way.  Also prepare to lose 6 months of progress if you take two weeks off.  How she goes..

I worked out like two months straight, got mad brolic.
Lost five pounds. A month later of not working out gained it all back, but my biceps are the same.

I see people that have worked out four years longer than me, they look like a completely different human lol. Got these gigas arms, I will never get like that, not in a million years, my teeth are yellow too, no point.

If you want to gain weight you don't work out you just smoke weed, working out is supposed to make you more of an athlete so naturally you'd lose weight. It packs weight in the most efficient way possible.

The key is not to hate yourself when you fuck up. We all do it. Just pick up and carry on. Keep your diet as clean as you can.

Tell me that rolling around on that isn't MUCH more fun than treading a stationary bike at the gym. Moreover, not going to the gym for the stationary bike, pays for the fatbike, pow, you get to keep it.

Fatbike isn't an insult, I might be 100lbs heavier than him for all I know, its a type of offroad funbike that does great on the road too.

Years back, I was almost completely out of shape. I got me a stationary bike to initially get going. The moment I gained enough fitness, I graduated from stationary bicycling to an actual sport, riding an actual bicycle to the swimming pool and swimming for 4-8 hours there in near continuous motion.

I went from couch potato to beast mode.

My biceps muscle went from the thickness of a banana to the thickness of a beer can.

I gifted - gifted - the stationary bike to an elderly lady who had broken her back and was trying to get her life back.

It had done its thing for me, it was just standing there, blocking the path, I had gotten fit enough for REAL exercise.

A stationary bike to me represents a crutch, a crutch to go from absolute zero to just enough that you can put it away and do real exercise.

Even bowling or darts - but not a stationary bike!
