next to the road, few meters from watter creek, climbing up on 600 m above see, Papuk mountain area, Balcan, old wood chips, high grass, very moist, temerature today 3-4 C, brusing when touch, brown gills, white brownesh stem, weird cap from above...
found them all on one area, several old branches, under grass...
i think they are potent, waiting for the print but i can see dark color from spores, when i cleaned them i had brown color on me fingers...
i am so on it, so happy, just dont know the name of them, so need help...
 allso hope that im not wrong about them...

Gills pics would be nice to have. I don't know, take a print. Either psathyrella or something along those lines, if not active.

I can't really vouch for each and every specimen in those pictures, but it looks like you got some bluing Psilocybe serbica there.
If you're in doubt of any, please take close up shots, including gills and stem, plus spore print if possible.

thnx for help, it is serbica, all of them, they where wet, now they are white, im picking them often, but was unsure cause of the moist....thnx once again... i use to travell 400 km to pick them, and then 400 to home, this hunt was 40 km from me home, so i got new location...use to be dead after one day in car and on top of mountain, this is so enjoying now... 
as they getting dry more they look more like they should...

Did you find these in Croatia? If so, congratulations for being the first person to record this species there.

I need to tell you that i am not the first one, there are some "special" people that knows the same places as i do, but the last one, i think i am the first one on that mountain....lot of people where talking about them on that mountain, i have seen them on the other one, so i decided, felt, to look for them... maybe im a bit late this year, but for next one, great...
there are some things that i am lookin for when i want to find a serbica, but it is not so easy as bolet or some other mushees...
they can e in ras, on old wood witch is rotting, or on youner wood, or in deep rass, or in totaly jungle area...crazy, i thing it all about the media and temperatures....
