Please analyse my contaminated monotubs :c

Hey everyone, I wanted to show you some of my monotubs that I spawned a few days ago. The problem is that I noticed some cobweb growing on the surface of my bulk substrate and I'm not sure what caused it. This is the first time I get cobweb so early and there are mainly 3 new things that I incorporated to my tek, but I don't really know if is that the reason why I got contam.
1) I used to layer my monotub substrate, now I mix the 80% of the substrate and I layer with bulk substrate the final surface on top (hpoo, verm and gypsum).
2) Now I hydrate my colonized grain by filling my spawn bags to the top with water, then I remove the excess water by trickling it from the bag, but I noticed that maybe there is too much water remaining in the spawn grain at the momement I mixed it up with the bulk substrate.
3) I worked and mixed the monotub substrate with my hands (no gloves), but of course I washed my hands and used some alcohol.
Can these contaminated tubs still go fruiting after colonizing?
Pics:
Spawned Nov. 13 Ratio 1:2 (3qts spawn + 6 qts bulk sub) Mixed 80% + bulk layer

Spawned Nov. 13 Ratio 1:2 (3qts spawn + 6 qts bulk sub) Same as avobe

Spawned Nov. 17 Ratio 1:1 (1 qt Spawn + 1 qt bulk sub) This one actually is healthy,I did the same as the others but here I just mixed 100% and didn't layer the top.

Sorry for the bad quality, here is another pic. There is some kind of greyish hair growing on the uncolonized parts of the surface, and I'm sure it is cobweb because I already had to throw away 2 monotubs that were already veeery contaminated.

This is one of the tubs that got really contaminated, but I didn't throw it to the trash because I just wanted to observe Spawned Nov. 12

Hard to tell but it kinda looks like thin mycelium to me u will know for sure by tomorrow! Cobweb spreads quick!! If it is cobweb spray peroxide on it. Fingers crossed.

Cobweb in a tub usually looks like cotton wool\polyfill fibres..What did the others look like?

This is one of the contaminated tubs I saved:

Cobweb on corner?

the other monotubs I threw did not even show sign of mycelium when there was already lots of greyish hair on the surface

The detail isn't high enough on the pics, but you can get wispy mycelium where the humidity pools around the edges when you don't have quite enough airflow

Oh I see, may I bother you with another question my good man... During colonization is better to keep the monotub sealed? Or a bit of air flow is recomennded? Should I take out the aluminium foil and let one of the micropore hole do the job?

Foil? You can put mono's straight into fruiting at spawn, or you can have it tighter and let it colonise and then put into fruiting..Its a preference thing..I still dial mine in, see the link about dialling it in like a boss..but yes lose the foil
