If you look closely at the jars you can see like a fuzzy white stuff all over the it. Just wondering if its something I should be worried about. My first grow. Besides that how do you think this jar looks? It only has to colonize small area on the bottom and its done. Also how long 100% colonization should I wait to make sure it has firm grasp where I cannot see?

It looks to me like tomentose growth, which refers to a mycelial growth habit. I'm only in my second grow, but most of my 18 cakes looked this way this time around. Tomentose growth isn't bad, but rizomorphic growth is more likely to produce fruits. Upon birthing one of my 18 cakes grew peanut sized protrusions that look like little cotton balls of tomentose mycelium. The cotton ball cake never fruited, but the rest have been doing well despite possessing the white fuzzy appearance present in your pics. From my understanding high humidity encourages tomentose growth. I also believe cooler temps favor tomentose growth, but I'm not as sure about this point.
I've heard to wait 2 to 3 days after apparent "100% colonization" before birthing.
