Noob help: 2 weeks since 100% colonisation and no hint of pinning

Hi, as in title my first brf cake that took 2 weeks to colonise, left it 6 days to consolidate then birthed. It's been a week since and I can see no signs of knots/pins, and barely any change bar some mycelium growing through the dry verm. Have I messed up, or should be doing something differently?

Continue misting and fanning. What are temps?

Sounds like they need more fresh air. Your humidity must be good if they grew through your dry verm layer. Maybe drop your temp by a few more degrees and fan more often . Give it 5 days

Evaporation is a pinning trigger... allow evaporation to occur between mistings to stimulate pinning and avoid over-saturating the cakes... are they in a properly constructed SGFC, in an open room? If so, fanning isn't necessary, as the fruiting chamber is designed for low maintenance FAE... I suspect you're overmisting and not allowing evaporation to occur personally
Also, upload photos directly here, it'll delete your exif data and many of us will not open 3rd party photos

Its sounds like they've only really been in fruiting for one week. Give it a few more days. Just make sure to keep high humidity and frequent FAE. I agree that fanning isn't necessary if your fruiting chamber is dialed in right.

I suspect I've been over misting as my humidity has been 99% much of the time. What would be sensible humidity levels to maintain? Searching suggested cubes like 99-100% humidity so I figured the more misting the better.
Also yes it's an an sgfc. It's a little on the small side though, and my holes are 0.5mm rather than 0.6mm which probably adds up over the surface area of the chamber.
I'll ease off on the misting a bit and up the FAE.
What's a bit weird is I woke up today to see one of my other jars from the same colonisation that still hasn't reached 100% had some pins along the top, and the cake that I've birthed which reached 100% 2 weeks ago still hasn't pinned. (attached image for comparison).

Hi so itβs been about 36 hours and growth seems to have halted entirely. I tried increasing my FAE and reducing misting, also put a fan in the room to increase air circulation, but it seems to have had no effect and I still canβt even see any knots. Any advice on how to fix things?

I'm out of town for a couple of days and I can't seem to link photos from my phone. There are updates ones under my account uploads, but it's pretty much exactly the same as the photo above.
I've dialed it back to misting twice a day and fanning 3 times, only misting additionally if humidity drops below 95. Have a friend babysitting them whilst I'm away. Hopefully they will stop fucking with me by the time I'm back

Don't mean to be off topic just wondering if I'm doing it all wrong
