How long till agar plates dry out?

How long till agar plates dry out?

So I poured some plates, and let them sit in the SAB for 1 week. The SAB holes were closed but the plates were not sealed. Theres still a bit of condensation on the lids of a few, but the agar feels pretty dry. 1 used 10g agar/10g DME filled to final volume of 500mL. Maybe its just a stiff recipe?

I know there are agar posts everywhere, and I gather that they should have been put in ziplocs to store this long, but I want to be sure before I throw them out.
