Thank you friend :hug: you don't sound like you are lecturing at all it's very good advice. The last time I did what they said but I probably didn't give it 110% so to speak. This time I will definitely do all the exercises at home. My honest-to-god biggest from is that I already have a daily opiate habit but that was because of over 5 years of not having my arm attached to my body and the Damage it did to my neck and back. It's 2 a.m. here and I have a feeling I'll see the sunrise because I am in so much pain
Just had more Dilaudid so hopefully I can start to find a comfortable position on the left side of my body in bed.

The shoulder assembly is a very complicated structure. I could not name 1/2 of them off the top of my head ,even though I had to name almost all of them for exams.  I'm surprised (or maybe not really), that they sent you home so quickly. A 6 hour surgery usually comes with certain mandates -but it depends on the facility.

Apparently you are familiar with opioids. If you are not familiar with dilaudid, please be aware that physical addiction can occur after only a 7 day usage if taken orally, only 3 days if given intravenously, Dilaudid is a nasty-ass drug, so be careful with it. If you are not, well I don't have to tell you about the misery that is waiting for you. The drug of choice for people in your condition used to be Meperidine, but they stopped using it a few decades ago because of side effects which effected only a small % of people, but there were law suits, pressure from lobbyists, big pharma claiming we got something better etc. BINGO! Dilaudid.

Rest EZ friend! Find a comfy position and stay there  when you can finally sleep. And be careful with the meds. Don't be afraid to tell the Doc that if you are in pain though -but from my experience, staying on dilaudid is worse than staying on Vicodin or oxycontin etc., and I don't give a sh*t what some Doc says just because he (or she) has more school than me. Morning LC and sara!  I just put some kratom in my coffee while brewing so I can get an extra kick!

I’m pretty bummed the FDA is seizing shipments of kratom to the US despite the DEA failing to schedule mitragyna with the SITSA act which was supposed to be a big win

Yea i sell the stuff here and there not to mention use it personally and it’s a lifesaver for me!
