Pic 8 and 9 are likely cinctulus spore print all any brown then pan foes but jet black spores is what you're looking for.

Is that still true for white paper? Could the white paper cause the illusion of a brown spore print when the spores are actually black? Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me but the more I view it, I see the spores turning purple/black but then I look again and they are very dark brown. Unfortunately I can't get the prints to drop on foil :frown:

my yard was very well fertilized and these grew commonly in the wet seasons. They look exactly like the ones in your pictures, and i've enjoyed dozens upon dozens, but, always enjoy at your own risk... they were not that strong maybe because of their habitat.

The sharpie test is a good idea.
I've come to accept that these are Panaeolina Foenisecii. The print is brown. "The Pen is Blue, THE PEN IS BLUE!" LOL :P

Seriously thanks for your help and input, all of you. I will be posting more finds soon
