Rock's P. Subaeruginosa Grow Log

This is my grow log for an indoor p.subaeruginosa grow I started probably 5-6 months ago. Comments and helpful tips are welcomed.
I harvested wild p.sub myc from my local parks about 5-6 months ago and placed them inside a plastic food container.

I had a bit of pin action early on, but they aborted prior to maturing each time.

I was advised to add some pine potting mix to the container to assist with mycelium development and prevent premature pinning, this worked.

The myc growth started accelerating.
Lately however, the mycelium has started regressing in some areas, I'm wondering whether adding more potting mix in would help?
 And side pinning...

I have kept the humidity in the container quite high by misting at least every 2 days and keeping the lid on (every couple of days I'll remove the lid for a few minutes to allow fresh air in). The myc responds well to this, but not like the initial acceleration after I added the potting mix.
I'm hoping to transfer my woodchips/myc to a bigger pot with a drainage tray. Would adding more potting mix and woodchips be advisable?

Could I use cactus/succulent potting mix? The stuff I have is rich in calcium and wetting agent, would this be ok?
Thanks.

I've recently been experimenting with different amounts of time having the lid fully covered, vs. off, vs. partially covered, and partially covered seems to produce the most rapid growth.
I think I'll pick up some organic potting mix today and top it all up, hopefully this will speed it up a bit more.
