New science project

Hey gang,
So I'm doing a little experimenting and thought I'd start to document some of it,
In the past I've worked with Ecuadorian cubensis, that were cultured from wild collected spore prints by my mentors mentor sometime in the early eighties, and kept going until recently, until unfortunatly being lost, as far as I know I was the last to have it, was very resilient and strong, and a very powerful effects, and was cultivating exlusivly with rye in straw in tubs,
That being said, am whipping up some agar to attempt to selectivly develop culture from dry matter of p.semilanceata and pscilcybe cyanescens, and if successful experiment with different cultivation teks and substrates,
Also waiting on receipt of B+ spores to experiment with, I know a few people are down on the B+ but have selected it based on having visited a mycologist working with it and found it very reminiciant of the old "Ecuadorian" giants, so decided to obtain my own through the same source, and will be inoculating some cakes, to fruit out and collect spores and selective tissue clones, to work on a mono culture, and inoculate some culture media to play around with and see what we can come up with, also going to be playing with some oysters and shiitake in the near future hopefully!
Pics to come shortly, I'm not much of a computer person but I'm gonna try to document some of the work in case anyone may find it useful or interesting.
