What to do when cake is pinning from all sides in jar? (First Flush)
    #25614289 - 11/14/18 12:41 PM (6 years, 2 months ago)

my jar just started pinning on the bottom top and around the sides. I am not sure what way to place the cake in the fc because I am scared that the mushrooms will get squished on the bottom or top, and I dont want to remove them because they will grow into nice fruits most likely and I don't want to ruin my first flush.

Alright I will do that, thanks for the fast reply. Will the pins growing on the bottom find there way out and grow or will they just abort?

they'll most likely abort or keep growing on a limited and funky shaped basis. don't worry about it. you'll get plenty more. you might just want to remove them from the bottom completely, that will just leave more nutrients for the rest.
