Your jars are going moldy as you let them cool in the PC overnight?

Mold does not grow overnight nor would it grow in an unopened pressure cooker. I get black discoloration on the aluminum foil when I PC jars that is just due to heat.
Odds are you let the PC run out of water you need at least two liters pints of water per hour of PC use. BTW 30 minutes is enough at sea level for sterilization and adjust for altitude.

Altitude adjustment for pressure cooking For every 1,000 feet above 2,000-foot elevation, you must increase cooking time by 5 percent. So if your pressure cooker recipe indicates that you should cook something at high pressure for 25 minutes and you live at 6,000 feet above sea level, you should actually keep cooking at high pressure for 30 minutes.Nov 29, 2011

Grains or anything else. Note you must start the timer only after the PC hits 15 PSI.

30 mins would have my grain turn to liquid in 2 weeks from all the bacteria. 30 is ideal for agar but not grains. You want more like 2 hours. And yeah op mold doesn't come that fast, and it is likely burned due to water running out or not elevating them off the bottom. Pics would help

My thoughts were maybe you burned them, maybe too low water or not elevated? I put chicken wire down to elevate my jars.

This is mis-information, fake news and should not be listened to. You can sterilise syringes and agar plates in 30 minutes, but to get to all the contaminants and bacterias in grain jars the proven, tested, agreed upon by dozens of experts time is at least 90 minutes. Some people, me included go for 120 minutes.

OK. Even if you did PC for 30 mins, it still shouldn't go moldy overnight.
Like, that's impossible.

Time line
spores land, 3-4 days later spores germinate, 7-14 days later thing start turning green, black, yellow ect.

Remember to be thorough when you ask questions. What kind of syringe, what's in it? I'm assuming a spore syringe?
If the needle was sterile and you didn't squirt out any liquid or sucked anything in, it's unlikely any bacteria will have made it into the syringe. Spore syringes are likely to contain low amounts of contaminants anyway. It's certainly possible for spores to have landed on the outside of the syringe though, that's why you flame sterilize a needle before use. Do that and you'll most likely be fine.

I would flame the needle before inoculating anyway. I haven't yet used agar myself, but I wont do another grow without first growing out on agar to avoid contams. Doesn't sound like your issue is actually a contam, but with agar you know for sure what you're starting with.
