what to do with this mess?

So I've been posting updates of my first attempt at a bulk grow. going by my pictures the community has determined that i have a bacterial infection. now it's looking like i've got a roiling bubbling mass of mushrooms all kinda growing into each other in a twisted mess. Kinda looks like a bin full of popcorn. I'd really hate to take a complete loss after all my hard work so a couple of ideas crossed my mind, please let me know what you guys think. 1st idea, what if i were to just spray the whole thing down with lysol? or is there another antibacterial spray out there that isn't an antifungal as well? is it possible the whole thing could then recover? 2nd idea, what if i were to just rip out all of the popcorn looking chunks, dry them and then make tea or food items? would they retain their psilocybin? considering there are many fully grown caps mixed around in there i have to assume they've had enough time to mature chemically.

Looks like mutants to me, your pics are all in the dark, but it seems to me that if you pick em all it will flush again. The "popcorn" you have is all active and all good. Just pick em and bottom water.

1st idea: Don't ever do that, EVER. Not going to help you at all. 2nd idea: That's what I would do. Dry thoroughly and use as intended.
Looks pretty bacterial to me, yellowing, excess moisture, metabolites... You can probably still get a decent second flush if you up the FAE and cut back on misting until necessary.

i've had tubs similar to that when I first started doing bulk. reduce your misting a tad and then up the FAE

I'm sorry but that's completely wrong...bacteria can survive on dry surfaces for multiple days if not weeks. Here's an abstract from a medical journal I googled up real quick. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/1685507/
I know its heartbreaking to put so much effort into something and get nothing out of it. But sometimes it better to take the L and learn something from it.

You can make tea with anything suspect, simmer at 100c is going to kill anything nasty
