Slow @$$ wbs jar

So this annoyingly slow jar is a product of a g2g transfer I did back on October 30.

I tilted the jar at 45 angle a week ago and it pick up a little bit more, but not much.
All the it's brother and sister jars from the same batch are at various stages from 60%-98% colonization. All, except the jar in question, shaken at 30%ish a week ago and recovered nicely.

Do any of you guys know what's up with this jar and how I should proceed? I was just about to shake it, but I figured I'd ask 1st.

Probably bacterial, I bet if you shake it, it doesn't recover.

I'll give er a shake and see what happens. So if it is bacterial is it safe to assume the rest of the jars are as well? They were all prepped in the same batch. Is the master jar the culprit? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around just one jar being bacterial when they all came from the same g2g transfer.

You need to shake up the transfer jars when you g2g instead of leaving the colonized grains on top. That's why they seem to slow. You need to mix the colonized parts in with the uncolonized parts.
