Another mutant and a cobeweb quetion

So, my two BRF to CV shoeboxes each produced a giant mutant before pinset.

One did it very early, the other I just harvested.  35 wet.  Think it is safe to consume?  I think so, just looks so strange.

Also, is there something in my conditions that is stressing them to cause this?  There is a pic of the box this came out of and you can see it is just starting to develop some pins.  The stuff on to is also gray, is that cobweb mold?

Should I add water?  My field capacity seemed right when I cooked the coir.  They had lids on the box after spawning for about a week and a half, then about 8 days ago I put plastic bags with holes over the boxes like in bods stupid simple shoebox thread.  Spawn was shredded BRF cakes 1:1 with CV sub.

Been misting.  Room RH is ~50%, one box has a meter in it and stays 88%-95%.  Small fan in closet pointed away and at different height.

I will say the balance is tricky.  I fruited one cake that I did not shred over perlite, and had FAE issues.  It did okay, but I got some white fuss of myc on the stems until I added the fan.

fuzz on stems can also be from high humidity. the fan dried things out a bit:stoned:
