Using an autoclave?

So I was wondering can you use an electric autoclave instead of a pressure cooker? Has any one used one before? Need to know ASAP because I can’t find a pressure cooker strong enough in China for under 500 usd but I have found autoclave for 75 usd

It looks just like the American pressure cooker except you pour the water in it then day a metal pot on top of that
