Is this normal for Golden Oyster PF cakes?

So I had 3 half-pint jars that originally failed inoculation with spores because I didn't push the syringe past the dry verm layer (I know, stupid, but I learned my lesson ), and I figured rather than throwing them out I might as well try some extra Oyster LC in 'em just to see what would happen.
Two of 'em I did up with Pink Oyster and they seem to be doing fine so far, but the 3rd I did with Golden Oyster LC and I can't tell if this is normal oyster mycelia or cobweb mold. Any ideas?
These pictures are all from the same jar just at different sides:

Anddd pretty sure this is mold, right? I'm guessing this jar is completely unsalvageable.

Got two jars of Pink Oyster cakes too... one looks fine still so far but the other has a couple suspect dots. Would this be removable with a knife upon birth or is it a lost cause?

Ah crap, really? I birthed it and it had a noticeably different aroma than the normal earthy mushroom smell, so I ended up tossing it. Are golden oysters supposed to smell different?

Birthed the other two and I cut off the small white spots with a knife. They're dunking now so hopefully the contamination won't come back.
