Is there a difference between inoculating with a cold spore syringe vs. a room temp syringe?

As the subject suggests is there difference? From what I've gathered it's suggested that you store your spores in the refrigerator long term, as I've done since I got my first syringes.
My question is that when it comes to inoculation with those syringes is there any advantage to letting them warm up to room temp before use?
My thoughts are that a cold solution inoculated into brf, grains, agar etc. will warm to room temp very quickly after and therefore letting the syringe "temper" before use is absolutely unnecessary.

I doubt it matters, iv always used syringes that come out of the fridge for a short time before inoculation. Either way the spores are going to be at room temp before you put your jars into incubation.

Every syringe I've ever used has been in the fridge pre inoculation.

That was exactly my thoughts on this. I only posted this question because I know I've read somewhere that you needed to let your syringe come to room temp before use but they didn't say why and I wasn't sure if that was a thing everyone did or if it even matters.

So I could take a syringe right from the fridge and inoculate immediately?
My next question is would it actually be better to inoculate with a cold syringe vs. a room temp one? Maybe it could give the spores an advantage over any bacteria that may be present in the syringe or substrate?

With multi spore syringes i wouldn't think it would matter because its spores. But I was recently wondering this about LC and GLC I leave my jars of LC out in room temp but I fill a big syringe to keep in the fridge for use. I feel like it takes a few days to get started once I inoculate with it. I was wondering if its was because the fridge temp stalled the mycelium ??? Like on a slant...

Id be more concerned with using straight spores to lc then the temp of the spores.

Sorry I had a bunch of typos! I fix it. I don't think u understood what I was saying. I didn't use spores to make my LC I'm just asking if keeping my LC in the fridge would stall the mycelium till it warmed back to room temp in my jars. When I use LC that had been stored in the fridge my jars always take 4+ days to start growth..

I believe cultures go dormant when in the cold temps of a fridge and need to come back to temp before they'll recover and start growing again. So for LC or LI it needs to be at room temp.

I've always kept LCs at room temp. So ....

So should LC's and LI's be at room temp when inoculating to ensure the quickest recovery time?

I used to use LC and I had some that I would refrigerate to save for a later date, I always took them out and let them come back for a couple days usually 3 days, same with slants.

Could there be an advantage inoculating with cold spores and letting them germinate at a cooler than room temp like 60-70°F and once they've started growing introduce the the substrate/growing media to room temps?

Probably not, I can't say no way cuz iv never tried it. All that cooling the spores down is going to do is slow germination down. Everything I ever do is done around 70°f +/- 5°f. That temp seems to be good to me.

Gotcha, so mold and bacteria have the same chances of colonizing a substrate as mushroom spores at a cooler temperature?

Honestly, I've always felt growing in lower temps to be beneficial in regards to bacteria and mold prevention. It's not a guarantee, but it's certainly better than cultivating in hotter temps....bacteria especially loves warmer temps.
