3 inoculation points failed in PF Jar

I started with 12 pf jars strictly per PF tek: 3 jars lost to pink mold. 8 jars birthed and into SGFC and looking great! 1 jar sitting on the shelf with great looking growth, but only 20% colonized.
All of the growth is from 1 inoculation hole. Zero growth from the other 3 holes.
Will patience prevail and eventually fully colonize this jar?
I'm worried about having enough moisture content in the BRF substrate given the amount of time it's taking (and very low humidity where I live).
UPDATE: This 1 PF jar stayed steady and strong, moving from its single inoculation point to finally colonize and I birthed it today (exactly 30 days after the other 8 jars were birthed).
To be honest, when I opened it up I was expecting contams...but this cake looks great and smells great.

Did you shake your syringe to break the clump of spores up?

How long ago since you noticed growth in this jar? If not too long ago then it's looking alright. That's cube myc. But if that myc has been crying slowly for a long time then I wouldn't trust that jar.

Puff4200: yes I shook it and used the same syringe on all 12 jars that all worked. On a side note: My vendor shipped 2 syringes and the other syringe was completely dead (3 attempts to agar all failed).
Mateah: I noc'd it 38 days ago. It's been growing steadily. If the other 3 holes would have inoculated, I think this jar would have been birthed and into the SGFC with the other 8.
I can't conceive of a way to introduce moisture without adding contams too. So guess I'll just wait it out and update this thread with an outcome.

So for how long has it been growing from that one inoculation point? I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my question. Even if there is only one inoculation point it should still finish in 30 days and your jar is nowhere near finishing. When did you notice growth the first time? A week after inoculation? 2, 3? This is what I was curious about

I have never had a jar dry out on me no matter how long it sat around. Don't worry about it.

It started late after inoculation relative to the others. First growth sign was 10 days after inoculation (the others were all at day 5).
So I'm just under 30 days of growth and yes it's still got a long way to go to colonize the jar.
Mateh I've read a lot of your stuff and may give it a week more and then use it to spawn a micro-tub (if there is such a thing).
Vroomer: Thank you, I'm encouraged by your input.
