thanks for the guesstimate, worth knowing as a newb. Ill just keep fanning and keeping humidity levels up for the next week or two then. fingers crossed ill have a nice batch of cubes by xmas

what are you growing in? best to specify. as far as I know the only FC that requires fanning is a SGFC

I feel like having cardboard like that is going to restrict needed airflow.

Why would cakes suddenly require fanning just cause they are in a tub full of holes?

Trypts stop plugging 'fanning' onto life support that ain't helping lol 'fanning' is in a deep coma and just needs to die naturally

Joke all you must but if he's keeping that in a cardboard box he needs to fan it 200 times a day

But SGFC'S don't require fanning like your post suggested, what is required is to NOT keep FC in a sealed cardboard box lol

Havent been on a while. A lot of stuff going on with changing jobs and other-life things. But figured I'd stop in and update the grow. Top 2 are Black Kow grows of Amazons along with the bottom right tub. The bottom left is Golden Teachers. Since I work a lot I set it up close to as automatic as you can get. Conputer fans wifed to a cell phone charger on a timer along with a humidifier also on a timer. Has worked well so far. Hope everyone is doing well.

:whathesaid:
Not keeping it sealed in a very small area like that would be ideal... only reason I can think it'd be in there is for hiding it... which at that point I'd just wrap the tub up like a school book so you can't see inside without opening it or some such.

from spore, also the cardboard box is open fully one end with a fan on facing it, and a hole at the top for the air to flow through. there is actually plenty of FAE going on. when i see pins i will take it out of the box.

Cheers all. Recent lurker, first time grower and poster.

I had a neighbor who had some year old spores syringes and prepasturized grains (rye berries). I didn't expect much, but here it is. Almost 100%

Cubensis transkei (right). 21 days from spore.

Thanks for all the helpful info! I look forward to exploring and sharing with y'all.

Since I've been seeing a lot of people are doing GT right now I'll drop in. This is a gtg from master jar. Jars that it got knocked with,{master jar}already pushed some nice fruit. 125%+ BE with wbs/Coco,verm,gyp 1:2 on the mix..
So I wanted to do this cause my wormshits been sitting around to long so.....\/
Mini tub 1:1.75 wbs/Coco, wormcast.

Bout 50/60 oz (jar scale) of spawn per tub.
Spawned,Thurs/or Friday. 1st or 2nd can't remember. (Don't mind the weird ring of discoloration on edges, it's my flashlight)
