Is 70 celsius (160 farenheit ) enough heat for a dehydrator?

Im preparing to buy a dehydrator. Every one I find has 70 celsius-160 farenheit max temperature.
Is that enough?

I plan to run them for 24 hours at 70 celsius.

And one more question
I came across some texts where people axplain that you should modify heater so it dont burn mushrooms...Whats with that? Is it maybe refering to some old models?
